natuk is now a DTI OTOP Nook!

The Department of Trade and Industry – Camarines Sur Provincial Office, in collaboration with natuk, officially launched the 5th and 6th One Town, One Product (OTOP) Nooks last March 24, 2026 at Natuk Branches in Naga located along Almeda Highway, Concepcion Grande, Naga City, and in Iriga located at Sta. Cruz Sur, Iriga City.

The event was graced by the presence of DTI Region V Regional Director Dindo G. Nabol; DTI Camarines Sur Provincial Director Jay Percival S. Ablan; and DTI Camarines Sur Business Development Division Chief Junie Mora. This initiative forms part of the One Town, One Product (OTOP) Philippines Program, now institutionalized under Republic Act No. 11960, also known as the OTOP Philippines Act. With OTOP now a law, stronger policy support, funding mechanisms, product development assistance, branding, and market linkage initiatives are ensured to help MSMEs become more competitive both locally and globally.

With 9 OTOP Nooks now established in Camarines Sur, strategically located within the establishments, the OTOP Nooks serve as premium showcases of Bicol’s rich heritage, culture, and proudly local products for guests, tourists, and visiting clients. They provide artisans and entrepreneurs with valuable retail spaces to display, promote, and directly sell their products, expanding market reach and strengthening enterprise sustainability.
