Our best selling product to date. Single Origin Taro (Gabi) premium variety sourced from a single Farmer and geographic location to ensure consistency and quality.

Inspired by Laing in Sorsogon where dried fish is added for umami flavor, we use Tinapa (Smoked Mackerel Fish) abundant in our local market. A common variety of fish hence "A la Pobre". 

Ingredients : Dried taro leaves Coconut cream, Shrimp paste, Tinapa flakes, Garlic, Ginger Lemongrass Chili.

Allergen information : Contains shrimp paste.

Storage : Store in cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening. Transfer leftover in a covered container. Consume immediately.

Expiration : Twelve (12) Months

Instructions : Product is ready to eat, traditionally enjoyed hot over steamed rice.
